Strongly recommend for a short staycation

Clean room, comfy bed, with plenty of USB ports to charge our devices and a convenient location just a short drive from Charlotte Douglas Airport for easy access.

Location near NC-27 offers easy access to local shops and restaurants. Generous number of plugs and USB ports available, making charging devices convenient. The bathroom featured a well-designed shower with plenty of hot water.

The indoor pool remains closed for renovations, which can be a bummer for those looking to swim. On the third floor, the room had a window without a lock or screen, which raised some safety concerns, especially for families with small children.

Additionally, the breakfast options were limited, and the Belgian waffles could use more variety. Accessibility was also an issue, as there were difficulties with room keys and elevator service during the stay.

We enjoyed visiting nearby theme parks and were pleased with the sports facilities at the hotel. The rooms were nice and well-maintained. Just keep in mind that the breakfast options were a bit limited.

One downside was that the indoor pool was closed for renovations during our stay, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to that.

Good for a Couple Seeking Comfort

The front desk staff was friendly and didn't have a single issue with check-in or anything. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful too, perfect for a night after a long day.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the clean, comfortable rooms with lots of USB ports. The shower was excellent and the breakfast was satisfying. However, the renovations were quite disruptive, making it hard to relax at times.

I enjoyed my short stay with easy access to coffee shops and amazing local dining options, all within walking distance, making it a great base to explore the area and take in the sights while strolling through town.

However, the breakfast variety was decent, making mornings enjoyable despite the slight chaos.

The stay had its ups and downs. The room we booked was a Queen Room, Non-Smoking, and it was generally clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable, lacking proper support. The breakfast offered some nice fresh apples, but could benefit from more variety. Overall, a decent stay for a short business trip, though I would consider other options for a longer visit.
